The Avenue Pattaya

The Avanue Pattaya is one of recent department stores in Pattaya. Its design is quite different from other shopping center as the walkway is quite large, so visitors will not feel uncomfortable when looking around there. This could be an alternative option for visitors to enjoy non-noisy lifestyle in Pattaya.

The Avenue Pattaya is one of projects of Siam Future Development Company. The Avenue Pattaya was established in 2007. Its territory is approximately 40,000 square meters. Just as The Avenues from Bangkok, space provided and decoration inside would be able to make visitors relaxed. It was designed to separate area into 4 zones, Food Loft, California Wow, Major Bowl, and Major Cineplex.

It offered a range of brand-name products for a couple years, but recently, it seems to offer differing products as it was used to. This is because the establishment of Central Beach Festival affected to the target consumer. To deal with the difficulty, The Avenue Pattaya has then changed the middle space to target mobile phone and IT gadget customers. Several times a year, super discounts for products are also presented here. Another thing that has been developed at The Avenue Pattaya is every evening there is a night market at the open area in front of this shopping center.

However, the main areas are still the same. California Wow is a place for those who like to do exercise. Food Loft is a supermarket, where visitors can find foods and magazines 24 hours. Major Bowl is the area to enjoy bowling, while Major Cineplex offers up-to-date movies. There is also a Book Store, English Books offered as a majority, named Bookazine, next to its entrance.

The location of The Avenue Pattaya is at Pattaya Second Road in between Pattaya South and Pattaya Central Road. Visitors can go there by either a walk or a Song Thaew. Although there is a parking space, it is not a very large one.

The location is next to Pattaya Second Road and in the middle of Pattaya Central Road and Pattaya South Road.
